The expected delivery time for items not in stock is displayed on the product's page. If your order includes one or more of these we will normally despatch your goods together once they have all arrived in stock.

If there are likely to be any delays despatching your order we'll let you know and advise you of the expected delivery time, and make sure you're happy to proceed.

Delivery prices are based on packages up to 25kg. If you're ordering large or heavy items that total more that 25kg, the delivery charge will be made for each box sent.

Occasionally, there may be delays in delivery caused by our suppliers, carriers or by any other third party, over which we have no control. Although we will always do our best to get your order to you quickly, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that it will reach you by a specific date

European Orders

We welcome orders from the rest of Europe. If you'd like to place an order from overseas then please contact us and we'll be happy to provide you with a quotation for delivery.

Destinations outside the EU may be subject to import duty or other local taxes. These are not included in our prices and you will need to allow for paying any duties yourself.

CANCELLATIONS, REPLACEMENTS AND RETURNS.

If you change your mind once you've placed an order, just let us know as soon as you can.

Please check your items when they arrive. We pack everything carefully but if anything's been damaged on its way try to let us know as soon as you can. You're covered anyway - but we only have a limited time to let our carriers know if something's been damaged whilst in their care.
