Included with the ark are Noah and his wife, a pair of doves plus ten more pairs of animals - Elephants, Hippos, Rhinos, Crocodiles, Zebra, Monkeys, Camels, Apes, Tigers and Giraffes.
Like the Ark, the characters are chunky and very sturdy and will last and last.
Designed to encourage imaginative play, the Ark is packed with clever features to involve children in the adventure.
There are two portholes to look through and a hinged ramp that folds down for the animals to enter or exit. Once closed, a twist of the clasp secures the vessel for sailing! This is repeated on the other side of the ark too, which means it's great for more than one child to play together.
Inside, another removable ramp links the hold to the upper level.
Next, the whole side of the ark hinges down giving full visibility of the hold below deck, and plenty of room for small hands to arrange and care for the animals.
Back on deck, the roof panels of the 'upper cabin' lift off allowing the side walls to slide out too. The side walls have cutaway sections allowing the animals in the two pens inside to see out. Alternatively, animals can exit by the double barn style doors at the rear.
Finally, the entire upper deck lifts off to allow for creative play in the hold.
Ideal for improving shape recognition and learning about the animal kingdom.
